Raised in a small town, he learned early on that faith, hard work, and honesty matter most. His music blends classic country storytelling with a modern edge, grounded in emotion and authenticity. Off stage, Matt is as down-to-earth as the stories he sings — a guy who loves old cars, good friends, family time, and quiet moments that keep him grounded. His humble, laid-back personality centers around the same values he was raised on, and he carries that into every show he plays. He’s shared the stage with Nashville acts like Austin Snell and Priscilla Block, but Matt isn’t chasing fame — he’s just chasing purpose, connection, and the chance to make music that means something. One song at a time, he hopes people hear a little of their own story in his Doors Open @ 6:30pm Stop out early to get a good seat and grab an incredible dinner from PRN’s Taproom Table! ***Special Thanks to Rod Phillips – Dogwood Realty Group (Cville & Crozet) for his continued support and sponsorship of live music at Pro Re Nata!
