Andrew Davis is a self-taught artist from Staunton, Virginia. He was born in the Shenandoah Valley in 1987. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University for Communication Arts in Richmond, VA in 2007. Andrew has been painting for 20 years, 8 of those as a full-time artist.
This mural depicts a native osprey hunting for fish in our local river. The bird and river are interwoven with a looping acanthus design that spans the building. The inspiration for this mural derives from the distinguished beauty and majesty of Virginia’s wildlife. The approximate size of the mural is 30″x45″.
